John C. LoperRACINE - John C. Loper, 62, passed away at his residence on Monday, December 6, 2021.John was born in Racine on August 16, 1959 to Milton and Marjorie (nee: Neilsen) Loper. He served in the National Guard. John is survived by his son, Johnathan Loper and brothers James (Sue) Fogt, Terry Loper and Gene (Astrid) Loper. He is further survived by nephews, other relatives and friends. John was preceded in death by his parents, by his brother Donald Fogt and sister-in-law Elaine Loper. Services will be held at a later date.
