BURLINGTON – John "Jack" A. Janowski, Jr., 65, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Sunday, September 20, 2015. Jack was born in Milwaukee on June 25, 1950 to John A. and Delores M. (nee, Peterson) Janowski, Sr. He married the former Kathryn Konz at St. Charles Church in 1981. She preceded him in death in 2012. Jack was a successful entrepreneur and auto dealer for over 35 years. He was a jack of all trades, loved cooking and hosting family and friends, but most of all he loved his children. Survivors include his daughter, Nicole (Jason Opahle) Janowski; son, John A. (Morgan Wilton) Janowski, III; his mother, Delores Janowski; brothers, James (Kelly) Janowski and Donald (Mechele) Janowski; sister-in-law, Maureen Janowski; and his four legged pal, Willy. Jack is also survived by other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his father; and brother, Ronald Janowski. A memorial Mass for Jack will be held at St. Rita's Parish, 4339 Douglas Avenue, on Saturday, September 26, 2015 at 11:30 a.m. A private family inurnment will take place at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Milwaukee. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 11:30 a.m. Memorials may be directed to the family. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the ICU nurses at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints and the nurses at the Davita Center for all of their compassionate care.
