John D. Holden Racine- John D. Holden, 72, passed away at Willowcrest Care Center on Sunday, November 20, 2011.John was born in Racine on October 28, 1939 to William M. and Beatrice M. (nee: Pullen) Holden. He was employed by Walker Forge and was a Member of the Moose Lodge #437. John enjoyed antique car shows, woodworking, camping and delivering for Meals on Wheels in Waupaca county. John will be sadly missed by his daughters, Celesta (Kayne) Perlberg and Kathy Holden; loving companion Sandra Russell and her family; sister in law, Shirley Holden as well as nieces, other relatives and friends. John was preceded in death by his parents and a brother Ronald Holden. Funeral services for John will be held at the funeral home on Monday, November 28, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy. 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday from 9:30 am until the time of services.
