MADISON—Jeffrey D. Hess, 44, passed away at Meriter Hospital on Wednesday, August 3, 2016. He was born in Racine on March 13, 1972 to Richard and Patricia (nee, Kucharski) Hess. Jeffrey was a wonderful man with a big heart and a love of his family and the outdoors. He spent his best times on his motorcycle with his parrot, Peaches and in his boat fishing. Survivors include his children, Dennis and Brandi Hess; grandchildren, Autumn, Dilynn and Ryan; mother, Patricia; brothers, Michael (Lisa) Hess, Robert Hess and his friend Carrie, and Dan Hess; nieces, Becki and Haylee; nephews, Robert and Thomas; and sisters in law, Heather, Shelly and Amanda. Jeffrey is also survived by many other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Alex and Gladys Kucharski and Walter and Evelyn Hess.Memorial services for Jeffrey will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, August 13, 2016 at 1pm. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Saturday afternoon from 11am until time of service at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family.
