Racine – Janet G. Casperson, 89, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Friday, Jul 1, 2011. Janet was born in Marshfield, WI on January 3, 1922 to Henry and Mary (nee, Halbe) Casperson. She married Albert Casperson who preceded her in death on May 9, 1994. Janet was a member of St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church. She was loved and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her sons, David (Terry) Casperson, Dale (Joy) Casperson, Daniel (Kathy) Casperson, Douglas Casperson and Dean (Renee) Casperson; daughters, Donna (John) Boese and Dawn (Don) Lotharius; fifteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and special friends, Georgia, Margaret and Kathy. Janet is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; two grandchildren; two brothers and a sister. A Memorial Mass for Janet will be held at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church, corner of English and Erie Streets, on Saturday, July 9, 2011 at 10 a.m. celebrated by Rev. Don Zerkel. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Saturday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the Mass.
