Racine – Jan Theilman (nee: Flannery), 61, passed away Wednesday, December 4, 2013 surrounded by her family after a long courageous battle with cancer. She was born January 17, 1952 in Kenosha, WI but was a resident of Racine for most of her life. On September 28, 1970 she was united in marriage to Rodney Theilman of Pelican Lake, WI. Jan worked at both Oh! Flannery's and Apple Holler as a bookkeeper for many years until her struggles with multiple sclerosis made it difficult. Jan loved to play pinochle with family as well as a good poker game on any given night. She was a diehard Packers fan. She also enjoyed gardening with her daughter and granddaughters. Jan is survived by her husband, Rocky, their loving children; Rocko (Jessica) Theilman, Jason Theilman, Adam Theilman, Jesse (Teresa) Theilman and Megan Theilman all of Racine; eight grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother, Jean Flannery; brothers and sisters; Dave (Vicki) Flannery of Sturtevant, Roger (Diane) Flannery of Racine, Jodie (Victor) Muller of Kenosha, Sheila (Robert) Scott of Oconomowoc, Mark (Carrie) Flannery of Sturtevant, Lora (Fred) Dietel of Racine, as well as many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Arthur Flannery and a sister, Peggy Flannery, and her beloved 4 legged friend Kiegan. She was loved and will be missed by many. Visitation will be on Saturday, December 7th, 2013 from 9 a.m.-11 a.m. Followed by a service at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family would be appreciated.
