James Robert 'Billy Bob' Willis Racine - James Robert Willis, 45, passed away unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, December 25, 2007. Billy Bob was born in Racine on September 25, 1962 to Harold Willis and Marie (nee, Kilman) Andersen. Billy Bob was employed by Powder Finishing in Sturtevant and had worked for Infusino's for several years. He was a member of the Old Timer's Athletic Club and was an avid Bears, Braves and Nascar fan. Survivors include his mother, Marie Andersen; sisters, Kim (Terry) Fandry and Karen (Steve) Gaertner; brothers, David Willis and Randy Willis; nieces, Kristin Dailey and Kandace White; nephews, Stephan and Tony Dailey, and Airman first Class James Gryboski; and great niece, Nishaya Dailey. Billy Bob is also survived by aunts, uncles, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, step-father, James Andersen; grandparents, James and Bertha Chadwick; and great nephew, Talon James Pudel. Funeral services for Billy Bob will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 29, 2007 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Holly Anderle officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9 a.m. until the time of services. Memorials may be directed to the Old Timer's Athletic Club or American Diabetes Association.
