James A. Prochaska RACINE – Jim Prochaska, born June 25, 1967, passed away April 20, 2014. He went to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus. Jim was survived by his loving wife, Patricia L. Prochaska; mother, Mary J. Prochaska: and siblings, Mary (Guenther), Frank (Diane), Barbara (Robert), Diane (Joseph), Edward (Michelle) and Marge (Al). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Francis W. Prochaska; and his brother, William C. Prochaska. A visitation for Jim will be held at St. Mary by the Lake Catholic Church on Friday, April 25, 2014 at 10 a.m. followed by a Memorial Mass at 11 a.m. celebrated by Rev. Stephen J. Stradinger.
