RACINE – Jack D. Boeselager, 85, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Friday, July 15, 2016 Jack was born in Plymouth, WI on December 24, 1930 to Harvey and Lillian (nee, Zimmerman) Boeselager. On August 15, 1955, Jack married the former Irene Krueger. He served in the U.S. Marine Corp during the Korea War. Jack worked for Continental Can for over 39 years, retiring from US Can after 9 years. He was a member of the Moose Lodge and loved to bowl. Survivors include his wife, Irene Boeselager; children, Larry (JoAnn), Linda, Bruce, Bonnie (Ron), Scott (Mary Beth) and Sherry (Brian); and his grandchildren, Joshua, Desiree, Douglas, Jennifer, Danielle, Timothy and Dakota. Jack is also survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Omar and Donald; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Daniel and Olive Krueger. Funeral services for Jack will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, July 21, 2016 at 1 p.m. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 11 a.m. until the time of the service at 1 p.m.
