RACINE – Irma R. Dovorany, 97, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Sunday, September 21, 2014. Irma was born in Racine on May 10, 1917 to Archibald and Marie (nee, Magamal) Beauchemin. She married Milton Dovorany who preceded her in death. Irma had a passion for sewing and enjoyed spending many hours with her friends sewing at Sew N Save. She was an avid golfer and also enjoyed watching golf on TV and also enjoyed watching the Packers and Badger football. Irma also loved bowling, bridge, crossword puzzles and reading. Survivors include her children, John (Sheila) Dovorany, Jim (Cheryl) Dovorany and Tom (Deanna Rivera) Dovorany; grandchildren, John (Renee) Dovorany, Kelsey Dovorany, Brian (Abigail) Dovorany, Steve Dovorany, James Dovorany, Denika (Ned) Anderson, Denise (Gael) Hudrisier, Michael (Kierstyn) Dovorany, Diana (Randal Bruce) Dovorany and April Dovorany; and her great-grandchildren, Nick, Frank and Charlie Dovorany, Olivia and Lauren Dovorany, Sophie and Sam Dovorany, Alex and Andrew Hudrisier, and Vivian Dovorany; and her special friend and caregiver, Michele Trinidad. Irma is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her two sisters. Funeral services for Irma will be held at the funeral home on Friday, September 26, 2014 at 2 p.m. Entombment will follow at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday afternoon from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at 2 p.m.
