Gladys M. Greene RACINE – Gladys M. Greene, 95, passed away at Willowcrest Care Center on Sunday, March 12, 2017. Gladys was born in Milwaukee on November 19, 1921 to John and Mary (nee, Badzinski) Gavin. On August 28, 1948, she married George S. Greene. He preceded her in death in 1992. Gladys retired from Western Publishing Company after more than twenty-two years. Gladys is survived by her daughter, Pamela A. Greene and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her four sisters and two brothers. A service for Gladys will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. A private interment will take place at St. Peter's Cemetery in Franklin, WI. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.
