RACINE – Frank Strobl, 83, passed away at home on Friday, July 2, 2021. Frank was born in Hungary on October 17, 1937, to Adam and Maria Strobl. Surviving are his daughter, Michele (Rick Bulgrin) Strobl Hess; grandsons, Robert Hess and Thomas Hess; former son-in-law, Bob Hess; nephew, Werner (Gaby) Strobl; his niece, Tatiana and Family; and special friends, Liz, Mike, Tom and Rowena. Frank is also survived by many friends in the neighborhood. He was preceded in death by Michele's mother, Claire Saulitis; his parents; his brother, Joseph; and sister Maria. In keeping with Frank's wishes, cremation has taken place. A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
