RACINE – Francis R. Wiser, 94, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Wednesday, March 04, 2015. Francis was born in Perigueux, France, on December 19, 1920 to the late Edwin and Madeleine (Roche) Wiser. He married the former Wilma Radloff, celebrating 68 years of marriage. Francis served in the U.S. Navy during WWII and was a Pearl Harbor survivor. He had been an active member of the Masonic Lodge for more than fifty years, serving twice as Master of the Lodge. Most of his career was spent as an inspector with the Hartford Steam Boiler Inspection and Insurance Company of Hartford, Connecticut. Survivors include his wife, Wilma Wiser; children, David (Lauren) Wiser and Dennis Wiser; dear friend, Mary Totero; grandchildren, Nicholas Wiser and Alex Wiser; and his brother, Roger Wiser. Francis is also survived by other relatives and friends. In keeping with Francis' wishes, cremation has taken place.
