Racine – Floyd R. Boldus, 91, passed away at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints on Wednesday, December 12, 2012. Floyd was born in Racine on October 10, 1921 to Roland and Belvie (nee, Stephan) Boldus. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corp during WWII. Floyd married the former LaVerne Anderson on June 21, 1946. Survivors include his wife, LaVerne Boldus; children, David (Barbara) Boldus, Martin (Suzzane) Boldus, Susan (Michael) Peterson and Stephen (Davena) Boldus; grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. He is also survived by other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Floyd will be held at the West Lawn Memorial Park Chapel on Monday, December 17, 2012 at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. David Sincock officiating. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the chapel on Monday morning from 10:30 a.m. until the time of the service. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Fellowship Baptist Church or the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
