Racine – Evelyn M. Fisher, 101, passed away on Sunday, September 23, 2012. Evelyn was born in Racine on November 5, 1910 to Herman and Ernestine (nee, Kobal) Luedtke. She married Willis F. Fisher at St. John's Lutheran Church in Racine on June 14, 1929. He preceded her in death in 1976. Evelyn was a lifelong and oldest living member of St. John's Lutheran Church. Survivors include her children, Carol Busarow and Bruce (Cynthia) Fisher; grandchildren, Aaron (Beth) Fisher, Seth (Katie) Fisher, Nathan (Jessi) Fisher, Jennifer (Peter) Baylon, Pam (Rick) Seiler and Tim (Peggy) Busarow; and fourteen great-grandchildren. Evelyn is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Ronald Busarow; and her brothers and sisters, Edna A. Buchta, Clara H. Hall, Ann E. Johnson, Hattie Mehlhouse, Herman Luedtke, Frank F. Luedtke, Ernest G. Luedtke, William E. Luedtke, Elizabeth Kriedeman, Emma Piepmeyer, Lydia B. Clarey and Minnie Luedtke. Funeral services for Evelyn will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Daniel Feldscher officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday morning from 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
