Racine – Edwin J. Lemanski, Jr., 75, passed away at Burlington Rehabilitation and Care Center on Friday, November 7, 2014. Ed was born in Kenosha on August 1, 1939 to Edwin J. and Josephine (nee, Ondrias) Lemanski, Sr. He graduated in 1957 from St. Catherine's High School, after which he served in the U.S. Army. Ed retired from Twin Disc Company after 30 years of employment. Ed is survived by his daughter, Susie Lemanski; granddaughter, Erica (Christopher) Frye; other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services for Ed will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 6 p.m. Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 6 p.m. The family would like to extend their gratitude and appreciation to Dr. Mullane and the staff of Hospice Alliance, particularly Simone, Dean, Charlie and Tracy.
