RACINE – Edward J Chin passed away on Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Ascension Hospital at his wife Deborah by his side. Edward was born Illinois, April 24, 1962 to Kai and Antoinette (nee, Fearson) Chin. On May 9, 1992 he married the former Deborah Rewoldt. Edward was employed at Pfister & Vogel in Milwaukee from 1986 through 2000 when the company closed. Thereafter he was employed in the printing industry. Edward was an avid Chicago Cubs, Bears and Blackhawks fan. Recently Edward enjoyed vacationing in Colorado with Deborah and their two dogs, Rocco and Vinnie. Edward is survived by his wife, Deborah; mother, Antoinette (Todd) Grenlund; siblings, James (Lynn) Chin, Patricia (Jimmy) Brown; brother in law, Edward (Debra) Rewoldt; daughter, Christina Merritt; grandson, Elijah Schoaf; nephews and nieces, Michael, Alyssa, and Kaitlyn Chin, Michael, James and Brianna Brown and Amanda Rewoldt. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends. Edward is preceded in death by his father Kai Chin and grandparents.Memorial mass of will be held at St Mary's by the Lake 7605 Lake Shore Drive Racine, WI 53402 Saturday October 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. Family and friends may meet with the family on Saturday at 9 a.m. until time of mass.
