Dylan T. Plouff, 34, of Milwaukee, WI passed away unexpectedly on Friday, May 22, 2026, surrounded by his loving family.

Dylan was born on May 11, 1992, in Racine, WI. Dylan worked for a private security company and was known as a caring and exceptionally hard worker. Above all, Dylan was devoted to his family and cherished spending every moment he could with his loved ones celebrating life, playing games and family vacations.

Dylan is survived by his loving mother, Candyce “Kandi” Plouff, by his beloved wife, Nikki (Evans) Plouff; his pride and joy, Noel Tobar, Yanezza and Hazel Correa, and Thorsten Plouff. He is further survived by his dear Godmother and Auntie Nicky (Raymond) Horn; and dearest cousin Connor Horn, and Godfather Paul Maciejewski. He is also survived by other relatives and friends who loved him dearly. Dylan was preceded in death by his son Junior Correa “Plouff” and his Gpa & Gma, Henry and Linda Plouff.

Visitation is from 10:00 am to 12:00 noon on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the funeral home. Short service to follow visitation. Private family interment will take place at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
