Dorothy M. Williams Racine - Dorothy M. (nee, Mueller) Williams, 97, passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2008. Dorothy was born in Cleveland, OH on February 3, 1911 to Robert L. and Harriet (nee, Burke) Mueller. In 1933 she graduated from the Flora Stone Mather College of Western Reserve, Cleveland, OH. Dorothy worked as an English teacher until her marriage to Paul M. Williams on March 20, 1937. They enjoyed 65 years of marriage until his death in 2003. Dorothy and Paul owned and operated D & R Window & Awning Company for 24 years, retiring in 1981. Until the day of her passing, Dorothy greatly enjoyed the company of family and friends, the computer, cribbage, reading and doing daily crossword puzzles. Dorothy is survived by her children, Dennis R. (Traci) Williams and Wendy W. Bishop; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Dorothy is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Ronald E Williams. Private family memorial services for Dorothy will be held at a later date.
