Donald William Louis Clary, 79, of Racine, WI, passed away peacefully at home on April 25, 2026. Born on September 6, 1946, in Calgary, Alberta, he was the son of the late Thomas and Edythe Clary. On July 31, 1970, Don married his childhood sweetheart, Judith Anne, with whom he shared 55 years of marriage and raised four children.
A dedicated professional, Don enjoyed a career in Information Technology spanning over forty years. His work as a programmer eventually brought him to Racine in 1998, which he made his home until his passing. In his younger years, Don enjoyed golfing, hockey, and playing chess. He also appreciated sci-fi literature, spirited debates, and reruns of Star Trek and Buffy the Vampire Slayer.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Judy; his children, Adrian (Christine) Clary, Katrina (Alex) Kogutkiewicz, and Belinda (Nick Ridley) Clary; and seven grandchildren: Huxley, Harper, Hayden, Simon, Isaac, Isabelle, and Amber. He is further survived by his favourite brother, Peter Clary; his brothers- and sisters-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Don was preceded in death by his parents; his cherished eldest daughter, Selina Clary; and his little sister, Vicki Clary.
Per Don’s wishes, no services will be held. The family extends their deepest gratitude to the staff at Ascension All Saints Healthcare for the compassionate care provided in recent years.
