Racine – Domenic Basile, 18, beloved son of Kristen and Nick Basile, little brother of Vinnie (Amber Johnson) Basile, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on Wednesday April 9, 2014. Dom loved his quad and dirt bike; hunting, fishing and all outdoor activities. He especially loved spending time with his family at his grandparents coop. He attended Case High School. In addition to Kris, Nick and Vinnie, Dom is survived by his grandparents, Jim and Lisa Tornoe, and Doree and Dick Jahn; uncles, Rob Tornoe, Steve Christensen and Chad Jahn; and cousins, R.J. Tornoe, Ricky Tornoe, Melanie Tornoe, Megan Tornoe, Baby Rugar Behrens and Simon Jahn. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends, especially Tyler Rydholm, Sam Hetzel, Jake Dechant and his best buddy, Bear. Dom was always quick to give a hug and say I Love You. He will be greatly missed. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday evening from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. A private family interment service will take place at Graceland Cemetery.
