Dianne L. Sheeder Racine - Dianne L. (nee, Dow) Sheeder, 60, passed away at Harmony Commons on Tuesday, March 31, 2009. Dianne was born in Oconomowoc, WI on April 16, 1948 to Harold and Juanita (nee, Adams) Dow. She has lived in the Phoenix area for the past 17 years where she worked for the U.S. Postal Service. Dianne loved to work with ceramics and crafting. She was a strong person who fought very hard with her illnesses. Survivors include her sons, Eric (Rosemary) Sheeder and Jason (Fiance, Jenny Dyess) Sheeder; grandchildren, Matt Sheeder and Dalilla Weidman; brothers, Terry (Betty) Dow, David (Diana) Dow and Brian Dow; and her sister, Sharon (Robert) Peterson. Dianne is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. Funeral services for Dianne will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at 4 p.m. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon from 2 p.m. until the time of services. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Jenny Dyess and the staffs at Hospice Alliance and Harmony Commons for all of the kind care they provided to Dianne.
