Obituary
Dianne was born in Racine on December 11, 1942 to the late Louis and Grace (nee: Mansell) Dresen. She was a 1961 graduate of William Horlick High School.
On August 29, 1964, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church Dianne was united in marriage to John O. Eschmann. They were blessed with two children.
Dianne was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She loved spoiling her dogs and attending an Oak Ridge Boys concert within 500 miles of home. Dianne played a huge role in raising her awesome granddaughters.
She is survived by her husband on 59 years, John Eschmann; her children Sandra Faulkner and John O. (Joshua Blackburn) Eschmann Jr.; her granddaughters Emily (Dustin Gamerl) Faulkner and Kaitlin Faulkner; her great-grandson Spencer Gamerl; her brothers Thomas (Doris) Dresen, Edward (Dianne) Dresen, Louis ( Judy) Dresen and Steven (Mary) Dresen; her sisters Margaret (Larry) Spaulding, Catherine (Ray Knapp) Petrouske, Suzanne (Roger) Spaulding and Nancy (Doug) Helker.
Dianne is further survived by her brothers and sisters-in-law Dennis (Carol) Eschmann, Barbara Eschmann, David (Jannelle) Eschmann, Ronald (Cindy) Eschmann, Linda (Russell) Ferrara, Jane (Gregg) Reilly and many loving nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother-in-law Thomas Eschman.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, October 27, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 2201 Northwestern Avenue, Racine. Relatives and friends are asked to meet at the church for the Mass. Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery, Racine. A visitation for Dianne will be held on Thursday, October 26, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Purath-Strand Funeral Home.
