Diane Esther Jozwiak RACINE – Diane Esther Jozwiak, 71, passed away at The Villas at Lincoln Park on Sunday, June 12, 2016. Diane was born in Milwaukee, on August 5, 1944 to Chester and Esther (nee, Krutulski) Matysik. She married Peter Jozwiak on August 7, 1971. Survivors include her son, Shannon (Jennifer) Jozwiak; grandchildren, Hunter, Owen, Caleb and Brandon and her sister Pat. Diane is also survived by other family and friends. She is proceeded in death by her parents; her husband; daughter Brenda Jozwiak; brother Russell and her sister Pamela. A memorial service for Diane will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, July 3, 2016 at 5 pm. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday afternoon from 3pm until the time of the service at 5pm. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family. A special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Hospital.
