RACINE- Dennis W. Stephan, 70, passed away at his residence on November 27, 2017.Dennis was born in Racine on February 22, 1947 to Willard and Rose (nee: Stloukal) Stephan. He served in the United States Navy. Dennis earned his degree in Engineering. He worked as a Land Surveyor for the Racine County and owned Stephan Surveying. Dennis enjoyed vacationing in Mexico and pheasant hunting with his dog Max. He was an avid Brewer and Packer fan. Dennis was also a trumpet player. He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Jill and David Rockwell. Dennis is further survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, brother and sister in law, Gary and Susann Stephan. Funeral services for Dennis will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. followed by Full Military Honors. A private family inurnment will take place at Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Saturday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service at 11:00 a.m.
