Dennis Lee Riblett Racine - Dennis Lee Riblett, 60, passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 14, 2007. Dennis was born in Racine on December 27, 1946 to Doyn and Adelia (nee, Ernst) Riblett. Dennis served in the U.S. Army from 1966 until 1969. He trained as a Radio Relay and Carrier Operator, achieving the rank of SP-4. Dennis served a tour of duty in Viet Nam, earning several Campaign Medals. He was employed by Piggly Wiggly until his retirement. Survivors include his aunts, Ella Kramer, Dorothy Sparrow and Diane Ernst; and cousins, Carol (Nick) Skover, Kathleen (Guillermo) Arguello, Carl (Mary) Kramer, Georgia (Richard) Horner, Richard (Dee) Sparrow, Janet (William) Langenfeld, Linda (Thomas) Wirtz, Karen Casey, Edward (Sue) Ernst, Terry Ernst and Laurie Ernst. Dennis is also survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents. Funeral services for Dennis will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 20, 2007 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Hilbert Kamps officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn memorial Park with Full Military Honors. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Center for Veterans Issues.
