Racine – Debra Louise LeClair, nee Behrens, 52, passed away at Hospice House in Mt. Pleasant on Tuesday, January 14, 2014. Debra was born in Racine on August 5, 1961 to Glen Behrens and Jacqueline L. (nee, Gable) Nemoure. She was employed by Wheaton Franciscan All Saints. Debra is survived by Freddie Hand; her children, Corinn Mildenberg, Daniel Uick, Shaun LeClair and Deondre LeClair; three grandchildren; and her brothers and sisters, Scott (Sandy) Behrens, Nikki (Dave) Collova, John Behrens, Nanette Saunders, Joe Mihalovic, Mandi Nemoure and Josh Nemoure. Debra is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In keeping with Debra's wishes, a private family service will be held. Entombment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park.
