Burlington – David J. Ryan, Jr., 85, passed away at Burlington Hospital on Friday, January 22, 2010. Dave married Eloda who preceded him in death. They have now been united in Heaven. Dave was a Barber until he was 78 in Milwaukee, Butler and Sussex, and gave great joy to everyone he met.Dave is the loving father of Jeanne (John) Steinhoff, Cathie (Lee) Weber and David (Virginia) Ryan; and will be fondly remembered by his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Memorial services for David will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 7 p.m. Inurnment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery with Full Military Honors. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Thursday from 5 p.m. until the time of services. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Arbor View Communities, where Dad lived a very happy life, and to the Burlington Hospital and Aurora VNA Hospice for all their excellent care.
