RACINE – Darla Bartlett, 67, was brought to Heaven by her son, Todd, on Monday, September 28, 2015. Darla was born in California on April 26, 1948 to Allan Earl and Marilyn (nee, Alstead) Chartrand. Darla is survived by her daughters, Jacqueline Chartrand and Jessica Cummings; grandchildren, Deanna (Adam Kirchenwitz) Reid, Kristina Corrie, Darleen Cummings, Brenden Cummings, Kyler Cummings and Jayden Cummings; great granddaughter, Dakota Kirchenwitz; and her sisters and brother, Cheryl (Jack) Sheppard, Allan Chartrand; Gary Chartrand and Geniene (Alan) Glodowski. Darla is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her son, Todd Gemmell. Funeral services for Darla will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 30, 2015 at 5 p.m. with Deacon Robert Starr officiating. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday afternoon from 4 p.m. until the time of the service at 5 p.m.
