RACINE – Mr. Danny Lee Ours, of Racine, WI. passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 9th, 2017 at All Saints Ascension at the age of 51. Danny fought a courageous battle for many years was taken before his time and is now at peace.Danny was born to parents Roy and Judith Ours on April 22, 1965 in Kenosha, WI. Hegrew up as the eldest of three boys and attended Washington Park High School. In 1996, hemarried the love of his life, Lou Barker. On his journey, he drove semi-trucks, worked in autobody and detail until he was unable to work in 1999. Danny was also a proud member of theHigh Riders Motorcycle Club and rode until he couldn't ride anymore. He loved to fish, hunt andspend time with his family, friends and beloved dogs!Danny is survived by his wife, Lou Ours (Barker); daughters, Danielle and Joelle Ours;his stepdaughters, Cassie (Alfred) Buckley, Dezirae Barker (Daniel Burns); his brothers, Roy(Lisa) Ours and Eric (Jeannie) Ours; his grandson, Derek Sheppard; 6 step-grandchildren; parents Roy and Judith Ours; nephews, Roy Michael and Ronald Ours and many other step nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his grandparents; loving dogs, Buddy,Smokey, Hennessey, Bear and Peaches.A Memorial Service will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday March 15, 2017.Family and friends are invited to meet with the family from 3 p.m. until time of service at 5 p m.The family is grateful for all condolences, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family.A special thanks to the caring staff at Ascension All Saints for the care and concern they provided to Danny and our family over the years.
