Claire E. KadamianRacine- Claire E. Kadamian, 84, passed away at Lakeshore Manor on Monday, July 2, 2012.Claire was born in Racine on July 2, 1928 to Edward and Elizabeth (nee: Hanson) Butzine. She married Mike Kadamian in Racine on June 20, 1950. Claire was a primary school teacher in Racine and was also an employee of the Racine County Court House. She was a member of St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church, where she served as a Sunday school teacher for many years and was a member of the Women's Guild. Claire was a member of the Racine County Retired Teachers Association and Gateway homemakers. Claire is survived by her husband, Mike Kadamian; sons and daughters-in-law, George (Sharon) Kadamian and Michael (Suzanne) Kadamian all of Racine and Richard Kadamian of Milwaukee; grandchildren, Heidi, Nathaniel, Lauren, Michael, Ruben and Stephanie; great granddaughters Madeline, Sophia and Elaina; great-grandson, Adler; and dearest cousin, Virginia Niemuth. Clair is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.Funeral services for Claire will be held at St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church on Friday, July 6, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Yeprem Kelegian officiating. Interment will follow in Graceland Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Thursday evening from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. The Prayer Service will be held at 7:45 p.m. Memorials to St. Mesrob Armenian Apostolic Church have been suggested.
