Mantz, 40, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, February 21, 2012.Chris was born in Milwaukee on March 2, 1971 to Donald and Sharon (nee: Roelke) Mantz. He married Carmen Peterson in Milwaukee on July 5, 1996. Chris was employed at Grunau Company. He enjoyed being outdoors camping and hiking. Chris was interested in cameras and photography. He is survived by his beloved wife, Carmen Mantz; sons, Christopher Mantz Jr., Nick and Brad Olson; much loved son of Don and Sharon Mantz; brother of Kelly (Steve Pluta) Zimmermann and Kevin Mantz; dearly loved son in law of Darlene Freichels; brother in law of, Shelia Jamrose and Donald (Jessica) Freichels; much loved uncle of Allison Zimmermann, Taylor Mantz, Sarah and Ashley Jamrose, Damon and Joseph Friechels and Austin Kosinski. Chris is further survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, other relatives and friends.Funeral services for Chris will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 25, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. Private interment will take place. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Saturday from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services.
