Charles D. BachorzRacine- Charles D. Bachorz, 71, passed away at his residence on Tuesday, April 8, 2008.Charles was born in Racine on May 18, 1936 to Edwin and Gladys (nee: Dugal) Bachorz. After graduation from St. Catherine's High School, he served his country in the United States Navy on the USS Hornet. Charles retired from SC Johnson Wax in 1998 and was a member of the 35 year club. He enjoyed fishing, reading, and watching Packer games. He also enjoyed his daily breakfast with the guys at the Sausage Kitchen.He is survived by his wife, Judeth Bachorz; daughter and son in law, Lynel (Steve) Day; grandchildren, Travis, Christopher, and Tyler Day; and siblings, Thomas (Marlyn) Bachorz and Susan (Robert) Ferree. Charles is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. He was preceded in death by his son Gregoire and his parents. According to his wishes private services were held. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association have been suggested.
