Catherine C. Wells STURTEVANT – Catherine C. Wells, nee, Carlino, 97, passed away at her home on Sunday, January 3, 2016. Catherine was born in Racine on March 21, 1918 to Joseph and Margaret (nee, Martino) Carlino. She was a lifelong resident of Racine where she worked in retail sales for Zahns Department Store. Survivors include her grandchildren, Cheryl Weill and Michael L. Kurhajec; her sister, Margaret Vogel; and her son in law Larry Kurhajec. Catherine is also survived by many other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Margaret Kurhajec; son, Mark Wells; brother, Salvadore Carlino; and sister, Rosaline M. Carlino. Funeral Services for Catherine will be held at the funeral home on Friday, January 8, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to meet with the family at the funeral home on Friday morning 9 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will immediately follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
