Obituary
Caledonia- Carolyn J. Potter, 85, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Ascension Hospital-Franklin Campus.
She was born in Chicago on August 23, 1937 to the late Douglas and Marguerite (nee: Cook) Hicks.
Carolyn married Francis Potter on January 3, 1959 at Epiphany Church in south Miami. Sadly, he preceded her in death on January 29, 2021.
Carolyn was an industrious homemaker and taught crafting. She enjoyed creating ceramics, flower arrangements, and hand painted Christmas ornaments.
She is survived by her children Douglass Potter, Heather (Don) Nairne and David (Crystal) Potter; her grandchildren Christopher and Liam, Conner and Preston Tatum and Zachary and Zoe Potter; her brother William Hicks and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband, Carolyn is preceded in death by her sisters Helen Hughston and Charolette Jones.
Funeral Services for Carolyn will be held privately.
