RACINE – Carol A. (nee, Gillette) Williams, 90, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Sunday, May 28, 2017. Carol was born in Milwaukee on March 25, 1927 to Myrle and Edna (nee, Trudell) Gillette. She married Albert F. Williams in 1955. He preceded her in death on September 9, 1991. Carol loved her cats, dogs, flowers and her beautiful landscaped back yard. Survivors include her children, Lori Williams, Fred Williams, Tim Williams, Kathy Williams and Richard Williams; her only grandson, Brandon M. Williams; special granddaughter, Jessica M. Olley; and her brother, Dick (Betty) Gillette. Carol is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Lee and Marshall; and sisters, Betty Richards and Sharon M. Gillette. In keeping with Carol's wishes, cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held followed by entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to the staff of Aurora Home Hospice, especially Kathryn, Carol's nurse and Brianna, her aid for all their compassionate care.
