Bruce W. Rapoza, 73, passed away at his home on Thursday, May 15, 2025.
Bruce was born in Maui, Hawaii on February 12, 1952, to Wilfred and Rose (nee: Tavares) Rapoza. Growing up in Oahu Hawaii, he enjoyed surfing. He served in the United States Army. Bruce married Debbie Sanders (nee: Story) on June 13, 1980, in Las Vegas. He was a talented painter, who owned and operated Bruce's Custom Painting for many years. Bruce enjoyed being outdoors, and he loved working in the yard. After fighting a year long illness, he died peacefully in his sleep. Bruce adored his family and his dogs Sophie and Lola.
He is survived by his wife Debbie Rapoza, children Gary (Stephanie) Rapoza, Karl (Christina) Sanders-Rapoza, Mike Sanders and Daina (Jose) Bravo, grandchildren, Lauren, Brooklyn, Gary, Jr., Everett, Karl, Jr., Caedence, Katelynn (Jack), Celeste (Randy), Taylor, Emma (Evan) , Bailey, Leila, Sabrina, and Jose, jr. (Peri), great grandchildren AJ, Finn, Keagan and Brielle. Bruce is also survived by his sister Sandi Martin , other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandson Ethan and sisters Dolly and Barbara.
Private services will be held for Bruce.
