RACINE – Brenda G. Woelfel, 53, passed away at home on Tuesday, September 13, 2016. Brenda was born in Milwaukee on October 19, 1962 to James Conrad and Marlene (nee, Fuhrman) Kanehl. On January 11, 1999, Brenda married Todd Woelfel in Las Vegas. She loved her ten years working at Hales Corners Medical Center. She was a five-year survivor with the Cancer Treatment Centers of America in Zion, IL. Brenda had a strong faith in God which she expressed with confidence and trust in everyday life. Survivors include her husband, Todd Woelfel; children, Julia Lucille Woelfel and Joseph Dean Woelfel; her mother, Marlene Kanehl; sisters and brother, Debbie (Scott Hollstadt) Conrad Ramirez, Michael James (Shatema James) Conrad and Deanna Kanehl; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Stephen and Judith Woelfel; sister-in-law, Cynthia (Robert) Woelfel Arneson; brother-in-law, Timothy (Candy) Woelfel; her nieces and nephews, Teresa, Raphaella, Robert, John, Amber, Danielle, Hayley, Jack, Destiny and Daija; and will be sadly missed by Gypsy dog and Raja cat. Brenda is also survived by other loving relatives and many friends. She was preceded in death by her father, James Conrad; step-father, Dean Kanehl; and grandparents, Rudy and Lucille Fuhrman. A celebration of Brenda's life will be held the Johnson Park Pavilion on Saturday, September 17, 2016 from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. In addition a celebration of life gathering will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at the clubhouse at Park Shore Condominium, St. Francis, WI from 1 p.m. until 4 p.m.
