Beverly A. Nelson, 86 years old passed away at her home surrounded by her family on Friday, May 29, 2026.
Bev was born on December 15, 1939 to Raymond and Gertrude (nee: Walek) Pierzina in rural Trempeleau County. She was the oldest of three daughters.
After graduating from Whitehall Memorial High school, she married her high school sweetheart Arlin Rose in September of 1959 and they relocated to Milwaukee to begin building their family.

Bev worked as a machinist at American Motors, Racine Die-casting and retiring from Jacobsen Manufacturing with 30+years.

Bev was well known among family and friends for her famous chocolate turtles and her talent as the family photographer! Bev also loved traveling and experiencing different countries with her cousin Theresa. Bev also enjoyed sewing, crafting and polka dancing she cherished and lit up when spending time with her great grandsons and her beloved cat.”Kitty .”

Bev is survived by her daughters Lynn (Randy) Miehle and Debra (Mark) Vaughn; grandchildren Amber(Andrew) Burton, Brooke Miehle, Willie (Melinda), Theresa, Jonathan and Krystal Vaughn, Matthew,Cody and Shawna Rose: great grandchildren, Archer and Anderson Burton, Hailey and Damian Vaughn; Sister Marlyce Konter; nieces Tonya Oie and Dana McConnell; brother in law Art Hanson. She is further survived by other relatives and friends. Bev was proceeded in death by her husband, Arlin Rose; son, David Rose; sister Diane Hanson, and brother-in-law, Bernie Konter.

Private family service will be held Friday June 12th, 2026 at the funeral home.
