Beth L. Yllas(nee: Putnam)Racine- Beth L. Yllas (nee: Putnam), 57, went to be with the Lord on Monday, May 5, 2008 from complications with ovarian cancer.She is survived by her boyfriend, Brent Riley, 3 daughters, Marta (Tony) Francher, Ana (Clyde) Melendez, and Mary (Eddie) Sparks and the joy of her life her granddaughters, Maya, Milena, Adriana, and Abby. She is also survived by her mother, Mary Putnam, 2 brothers, Tom (Sandy) Putnam and Glenn (Christine) Putnam and her sister, Lori (Larry) Abernathy. Beth is further survived by numerous nieces and nephews that she loved very much. Beth was preceded in death by her father, Russell Putnam and brother, Christopher Putnam. She leaves behind a multitude of friends. Beth touched the lives of all the people she met and worked with. She would especially like to thank all the doctors and staff of Lakeshore Medical Clinic for the wonderful time that she spent there as a clinic manager. Beth loved her job and all the people that worked there very much. Lastly, a special thank you to Dr. Peter Johnson and staff for their skilled medical care, compassion, and support throughout her illness. A memorial service for Beth will be held at St. Andrew Lutheran Church, 1015-Four Mile Road, on Friday, May 9, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Michael Mueller. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Friday from 4:00 p.m. until the time of services. In lieu of flowers memorials to the WOCA have been suggested.
