Obituary
Bernadette was born in Joliet, IL on August 11, 1946 to Steve and Matilda (nee: Sterle) Tadey. She married Brian J. Cimbalnik on June 27, 1970 in Joliet, IL. He preceded her in death on September 8, 2009. Bernadette was a member of St. Mary by the Lake Parish. She w as a cook at the Siena Center and r etired after years of service from Andes Clippers here in Racine.
Bernadette was a giving and generous woman. Always giving to others in need through various charities. Bernadette loved expressing her self creatively. She made amazing Halloween costumes. She lived her life with sacrifice in love of her family.
She is survived by her children, Kenneth (Amy) Cimbalnik, Aaron (Amanda) Cimbalnik, Christopher (Erin) Cimbalnik, Kurt (Carrie) Cimbalnik and Katy (James Nicholson) Cimbalnik, grandchildren Tanner (Kaitlyn), Madison, Jada, Ella, Quinn, Charlie, Hailey, Porter and Lakelee Cimbalnik and Connor, Lucas and Rhyan Nicholson and siblings Steven "Corky" Tadey, Kathy (Jim) Ullian and Chrissy (Dan) Forsythe. Bernadette is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral Services for Bernadette will be held at the funeral home on Monday, June 23, 2025. Visitation time starting at 5 PM with service to follow at 7 PM. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Monday evening from 5:00 p.m. until the time of services. Private Family Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.
