Barbara Janiak's Obituary
Barbara A. Janiak, age 88, passed away at Ridgewood Care Center on Thursday, March 20, 2025, with family at her side.
She was born to Frank and Stephanie (Chiausky) Janiak on August 8, 1936. Barb was a graduate of St. Catherine's High School. She worked as a sales associate at Goldblatt's. Barb had been a private caregiver and photographer. Photography was her favorite. She was always willing to help others when she could. Barb was devoted to Jehovah. She loved to watch football with her brother, old westerns and spend time with her family and friends. Barb will be remembered for her kindness, warm personality, compassion and her love of cake donuts.
Left to cherish her memory are her niece, Heather (Chad) Solodio and great nephews. Alexander and Christian Solodio. Barbara was preceded in death by her parents and brother Jerry Janiak. She will be missed by family and friends too numerous to name.
Per Barb's wishes, no services will be held.
