Andrew Craig Price, aged 47, of Sheboygan, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 28, 2026. He was born on December 1, 1978, in Los Alamitos, California to Michaeleen Berry and Rodney Price. He was baptized and confirmed in Episcopal church.
On October 4, 2025, he was united in marriage to the love of his life, Christy Janis (nee: Maiwald) Price at the Osthoff Resort in Elkhart Lake, WI.
Andrew was employed by Porta-Painting in Waukesha, WI for over ten years. He was recently promoted to the position of Project Management and Sales. He stated on a daily basis how much he loved his job. He was an extremely dedicated employee and loved his co-workers also.
He and his wife enjoyed comedy shows, traveling, casino trips, concerts, and attending the Renaissance Faire dressed in costume with their extended family. He also enjoyed spending time with his children, including playing X-box with his son, Doone. He was very proud of his daughter, Jules, for her academic accomplishments. Andrew also enjoyed ice fishing, digging for Morel mushrooms in the spring, and grilling with charcoal most of the year. Cooking was also a big hobby of his and he enjoyed trying new meat recipes. His corned beef at St. Patrick’s Day was always a hit along with his Cajun turkey breast at Thanksgiving. He was a huge sports fan. He loved the Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers. He also enjoyed watching golf, baseball, basketball etc. Andrew loved riding his motorcycle and had nicknamed it “Sonic”. He loved anything to do with wolves referring to the wolf as his “Spirit Animal”. He was definitely a social butterfly and made friends wherever he went. He had a great sense of humor and was extremely funny as well.
Andrew is survived by his wife, Christy, son and daughter, Doone Drews and Julianne Price, step-daughter, Aryana (Ethan Gilbert) Flores, mother and stepfather, Michaeleen and Edward Berry, father and step-mother, Rodney and Cindy Price, father-in-law and mother-in-law, James and Julie Maiwald, grandmothers, Maxine (the late Jack) Price, Mary Lou (the late Rev. A. L “Nick”.) Serfes, grandmother-in-law, Maralynn (the late David) Strong, grandparents-in-law John A. and Jean Maiwald, brother, Major Cole (Paige) Price, sisters-in-law, Nicole (Jasen Stanke) Maiwald and Laura (Eric) Milton, nieces and nephew, Lilliana and Cole Price II and Aria Berry, nieces and nephews by marriage, Julyana (Teagan) Koelpin, Jaymes, Jordynn and Jonathyn Hernandez, Jayde and Jaxyn Peterson and Lydia and Lacey Milton, special uncle who was like a father to him growing up, Anthony “Tony” Serfes along with many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his sister, Taylor Dea Berry, grandfathers, Jack Price and the Rev. A. L. “Nick” Serfes, grandfathers-in-law, James Jones Sr. and David Strong and grandmother-in-law, Gertrude “Trudy” Maiwald.
A visitation for Andrew will be held Friday, March 13, 2026 at Purath-Strand Funeral Home, 3915 Douglas Avenue, Racine from 4:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. Additional visitation will be held at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 4340 6 Mile Road from 9:30 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Funeral service will begin at 11:00 a.m. Private Interment will take place.
