Racine – Adeline H. (nee, Strebe) Mosher, 97, passed away at home on Thursday, April 4, 2013. Adeline was born in Marshfield, WI on February 2, 1916 to Arthur and Frieda (nee, Leoffler) Strebe. On November 15, 1938 she married Lloyd Mosher. He preceded her in death on August 31, 1976. Adeline moved to Racine County in 1944. Adeline is survived by her children, Francis (Donna) Mosher of Racine, Janice Rognsvoog of Rose Hill, KS and Dale Mosher of Sturtevant; seven grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; and her sister, Eris Thurston of Marshfield. Adeline is also survived by other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; and three sisters, Rosetta Bredl, Mildred Hilker and Leona Wehe. Funeral services for Adeline will be held at the West Lawn Memorial Park Chapel on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 2:30 p.m. Interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the Chapel on Monday afternoon from 2 p.m. until the time of the service. Memorials may be directed to North Cape Lutheran Church.
